Ciara celebrated her crown birthday in… well… style. She turned 25 and came dressed up as Storm from the X Men. I guess with the whole halloween thing she decided to go all out. Is it just me or is she looking Nicki Minaj-ish? Maybe deep down inside evry girl wants to dress up like how Nicki Minaj does everyday.
