The British soccer fan – who allegedly ended up in the England locker room after the team’s goalless draw against Algeria – has been let off the hook.

Pavlos Josephs, who was charged with trespassing, will not face any jail time and has been ordered to pay an admission of guilt fine of R750 after appearing in a world cup court in Cape Town.

Meanwhile

British journalist Simon Wright who allegedly paid Joseph -to invade on the English team’s locker room - appeared in the specialised world cup court this morning.

The case has been postponed to the 7th of July and Brigadier Sally de Beer says the journalist – who writes for the Sunday Mirror UK - has been charged with harbouring Josephs after the incident occurred.
