Make sure you provide basic information, not private stuff such as bank details or identity numbers of any sort.

Online dating has a good and bad side to it, like with everything else internet-related. You may actually meet a real nice person (just make sure its in a public place when its face-to-face) or you may hook up with a chubby jerk who lied about everything on his profile.
