Sabelo Mtshali aka DJ Sabby was born and bred in Durban. At the age of 14, he fell in love with radio and, kicked off his career through Love Life’s Radio Y’s programme.

He has qualifications in Radio Production from the National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa (NEMISA) and earned his radio broadcasting stripes by working on night time slots for various commercial radio stations.

He then joined the Y Academy in 2010 and has since seen his radio career soar to great heights. He became YFM’s traffic presenter in 2011, and then proceeded to have his own show in 2012 called The Adrenaline Rush. In 2013, he entertained Yires all across GP and South Africa on the Weekend Shakeup.

Thulisa Kanzi

The crazy and quirky 'chap yase Kapa' Thulisa Kanzi, fell in love with radio broadcasting at the age of 10.

Hailing from Gugulethu in Cape Town, Thulisa started his career as a teenager at the Love Life Youth Centre as a radio broadcasting trainee before going off to pursue his studies in Radio and Television Presenting as well as Radio Broadcasting. At the age of 20, he was snapped up by a community radio station to co-host a drive time show.

He then joined the Y Academy in 2011, and after graduating from the academy in 2012, he became the station's quirky, hilarious and punch line-packed traffic presenter and had a slot on the YFM Playground. Through dedication and diligence, this talented ONAir personality has accelerated in his radio broadcast career to become Yfm's afternoon drive radio host.

Lusky describes himself as an individual who is calm on the outside but completely crazy on the inside.

KHANYI MBAU

Khanyi Mbau, also known as the "Queen of Bling", is a South African actress, author, television personality and socialite who was born in Mofolo, Soweto. She arose to fame with her role as the second Doobsie in the SABC2 soap opera "Muvhango" in 2004.

Mbau released a tell-all book written by entertainment journalist Lesley Mofokeng, titled "Bitch, Please! I'm Khanyi Mbau", in 2012.
