As one of Oskido’s longest serving DJs, he is the most happening veteran of our post democracy’s musical landscape. Oskido is a local legend and YFM’s finest international export. Known as the Godfather of SA dance music, Oskido’s contribution to the genre is widely recognized at home and overseas.

Having perfected the Church Grooves concept on Radio, he later extended it into a range of platinum selling house compilations with the latest being “Oskido Church Grooves 7”. The Big “O”, as he is affectionately known by his fans, is one of the originators of Kwaito music, he is also a member of the legendary group - Brother’s of Peace (BOP) group.

Accolades include being an exceptional producer and an internationally renowned club deejay.
