Andile Munyai aka MaAda is a radio personality, club dj, voice over artist and MC known for his humility and electrifying personality. At the age of thirteen, MaAda moved to Japan with his parents who worked for the South African Embassy in Tokyo. He stayed in Japan for five years completing his middle school and high school education, majoring in Music and Performing Arts. He finished his diploma in Bangkok ,Thailand at the School of Audio Engineering majoring in Acoustics, Recording Arts and Sound Engineering. While in Japan, he entered an international singing competition, won best male vocalist and got a chance to work with international record producer DJ CASH, who has worked on countless collaborations with renowned hip hop acts such as Snoop Dogg, Missy Elliot and The Neptunes. During his summer break, he came home to South Africa to visit and had to find creative ways of making ends meet when he ran out of funds. This is when he heard about the Y-Academy and decided to enroll. He decided to take a gap year, stay in South Africa and try out the internship and soon afterwards he was offered a weekday show which he currently presents. The show is called Wake'N'Bake and airs every weekday from 3-6am.
