Tshepo Pule is a 26 year old who was born eDube in Soweto. He is commonly known as Stapura to the YFM community. This name stems from his commitment and passion for Kwaito music. Stapura does appreciate other genres of music, particularly Hip Hop. His journey at YFM began as part of the original Y-Academy in 2007 and he was fortunate enough to graduate to an on air DJ position in 2008.

A highlight for Stapura in 2008 was being able to promote and play the best of the new and upcoming Kwaito music. Stapura is spreading his wings in the entertainment industry, he has also been involved in television and plans to branch out further.

This Jozi native enjoys bumping to the dopest beats, hitting the cinema, watching TV and dreams of visiting distant places. In 2009 Stapura plans to establish a media company and prosper further in the entertainment industry. Catch Stapura every Wednesday on the Hot 99 Kwaito at 09h00 and again at 21h00 – and on Sunday nights between 00h00 – 03h00.
