25-year-old twins Hlelo & Ntando Masina are a dynamic pair. These fresh, dynamic and confident twins took SA by storm when they joined YFM in 2008. Since they joined GP’s hottest frequency they have been in such high demand that they have hardly had a chance to catch their delectable breathe.

Their Radio Personalities
They are the first and only twins on South African
commercial radio so they are truly one of a kind.
The sexy, sassy twins have developed 2 different
personalities. Hlelo is very opinionated, has attitude
and stands firmly for what she believes in while
Ntando is the easier going twin. She is witty and
humorous. Hlelo constantly finds herself trying to
understand Ntando and pops the cloud that Ntando
seems to constantly be floating on. This powerful
collaboration is the key to The Twinz unique presence
on the radio. The Twinz definitely provide the perfect
“Ying and Yang” over the airwaves.

The Twinz on Yfm
The Twinz host the ever popular radio show on Yfm,
called ‘Double Up” on weekends between 18:00 an
21:00. They also present the Hot99 R’n’B.

Achievements
Through their radio success, The Twinz have added
voice over work, MCing corporate company functions,
judging at school talent shows to their repertoire..
It's been a hectic year for the girls as they have become
the toast of the social scene, fielding numerous requests to feature in magazines such as FHM, Drum, Move and Soul Magazine. As their popularity at the station has grown they have also become regulars on TV, making guest appearances on shows such as “3 Talk with Noleen”, Frenzy on Etv, Channel O’s Oboma, Yo TV’s AM Jam, and Live to name but a few.
